Astha Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and target-oriented International Sales & CRM Executive to join our growing team for the night shift. The candidate will be responsible for handling international client communication, managing CRM activities, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales process.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience with CRM tools, and the ability to handle international clients professionally.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communication with international clients
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions through CRM software
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM data regularly
- Convert potential leads into business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling
- Respond to client inquiries and provide proper solutions
- Achieve monthly sales and follow-up targets
- Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports
Mandatory Skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.
- Strong sales and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle international clients professionally
- Good negotiation and relationship management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales, CRM, or International Process
- Night shift or US process experience will be preferred
