Guidance Plus Private Limited is seeking an experienced Team Manager – Study Abroad to lead our Calicut branch. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, prior experience in the study abroad industry, and the ability to drive team performance while ensuring excellent student counseling and admissions support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the study abroad counseling team to achieve admission and business targets.
- Guide, train, and monitor counselors to improve performance and conversions.
- Coordinate with the documentation and visa teams to ensure smooth processing.
- Handle student escalations and ensure excellent counseling and customer service.
- Monitor lead follow-ups, CRM updates, and admission processes.
- Support branch operations and collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and events
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
