Hero Motors Limited is a part of Hero Motors Company (HMC), a diversified conglomerate with a presence in cycles,
automotive components, e-Mobility, real estate and premium retail, with a group revenue of USD 500 million
(approx.). Hero Cycles Ltd., the flagship company of HMC is the oldest and the largest cycle company in the Indian
subcontinent.
Hero Motors Limited (HML) is the automotive businesses of the HMC group with operations in Asia and Europe and
several joint ventures with reputed companies in the automotive and e-mobility space. HML comprises of 3
business verticals, namely Gears & Transmission (we do business with BMW, Ducati etc) Bike Powertrain (making
CVT engines for the European market), Alloys & Metallics (working with clients like the Indian Railways and other
eminent companies in India). The joint ventures companies are in the space of Chassis Systems (ZF-Hero) and
brake discs & drums (Munjal Kiriu).
HML's latest division, Bike Powertrain is expanding into new product segments like EV Motors & E-Drive Systems,
under the brand name of ESYNC. Under the ESYNC brand the company develops complete e-bike systems for the
European and for other key emerging markets. The joint venture with Yamaha has enabled HML to develop State-
of-the-art e-bike HUB motors.

Roles & responsibilities
Strong accountability of building new businesses
Develop & execute go-to-market plan, content roadmap & launch campaign
Managing Company and subsidiaries website - regular updates on the site and updating of newsroom
Handling social media of the company and communication with the press for covering key events
Develop a strategy for business acquisitions and present it to senior management
Conducting Market research- staying up to date on recent market trends, competition and best practices
Perform analysis of data gathered
Maintain relationships with current clients and identify prospective clients
