About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Specialist (5–7 years' experience) to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of our online sales channels. In this role, you will take complete ownership of our D2C website ecosystem and online marketplace channels to drive revenue, profitability, and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Website & Platform Management: Manage daily operations on Shopify/CMS platforms, ensuring high technical health, fast site speeds, mobile responsiveness, and smooth payment gateway integrations.
- Marketplace Operations: Lead listings, pricing, promotions, and store management on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Nykaa.
- Product Cataloguing: Upload and maintain accurate, high-quality, SEO-optimized product titles, metadata, imagery, and descriptions across all online channels.
- Performance Marketing: Execute paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. Optimise ROAS, CAC, AOV, and overall conversion rates.
- Logistics & Order Fulfilment: Coordinate with warehouse teams and 3PL partners to monitor shipping SLAs, manage inventory sync, and lower return/RTO rates.
- Analytics & Growth: Use Google Analytics (GA4) to track conversion funnels, cart abandonment rates, and customer behaviour to prepare weekly growth reports.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in managing D2C e-commerce platforms and performance marketing campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Shopify (or WooCommerce/Magento), Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Strong data analysis skills, project management capabilities, and operational acumen.
