Legal Executive – Real Estate (Recovery & Dispute Resolution)
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Legal Executive to join our real estate team, responsible for handling legal coordination, dispute resolution, and recovery of outstanding dues. The role offers hands-on exposure to real estate legal processes, including documentation, notices, and case coordination, along with on-ground client interactions to resolve payment defaults.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle legal coordination and recovery for overdue customer accounts in real estate projects
- Draft, review, and issue legal notices, demand letters, and recovery-related documentation
- Coordinate with external advocates on litigation, arbitration, and dispute cases
- Maintain and track legal case files, hearing dates, and documentation
- Conduct client meetings and field visits for dispute resolution and recovery follow-ups
- Negotiate settlements and payment plans with defaulting customers
- Support agreement vetting, cancellations, and documentation processes
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and applicable property laws
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, CRM, finance) for case resolution
- Maintain MIS reports on legal cases, collections, and outstanding dues
Required Qualifications & Experience
- LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university
- 3+ years of experience in legal work, preferably in real estate, recovery, or litigation support
- Strong understanding of legal documentation and dispute handling
- Good knowledge of real estate transactions and agreements
Preferred Qualifications
- Enrolled with Bar Council of India / State Bar Council (preferred)
- Prior experience in real estate companies, law firms, or NBFCs handling recovery matters
- Exposure to RERA, property registration, and land laws
Mandatory Requirements
- Willingness to do field work and client visits
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Comfortable handling on-ground negotiations and difficult situations

Pay: ₹17,641.45 - ₹31,021.32 per month
