Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via voice and chat support in fluent English
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer technical issues
- Provide accurate information and step-by-step guidance
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting response and resolution targets
- Follow company processes and quality standards
Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Experience in technical support / customer service / voice process / chat support preferred
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers
- Good problem-solving and active listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/support tools
- Ability to work in shifts (if applicable)
- Graduate / Undergraduate can apply (customize as needed)
