We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive overall business performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in restaurant management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
