Core Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations, attendance tracking, and shift rosters for site staff and labor.
Oversee local labor management, resolve field grievances, and maintain disciplined site operations.
Handle statutory labor compliance, worker documentation, and coordinate with local authorities if needed.
Manage end-to-end processing of site-level contractor billing, muster rolls, and payroll variables.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Plant HR, Factory HR, or Site HR handling ground workforce and industrial relations.
Strong knowledge of basic Indian labor compliance, safety protocols, and attendance systems.
Ability to manage high-pressure situations and communicate effectively with field laborers and local contractors.
Fluency in Hindi (Knowledge of regional Uttarakhand languages is a plus).
