We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Business Development Executives typically focus on acquiring new clients, expanding market reach, and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable products or services.
- Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support business growth initiatives.
