- Verify the receipt of materials and counter check the Invoice and DC as per Purchase order against their entry in the system.
- Verify the GRN process, acknowledge the same, ensure that it is forwarded to accounts as per the terms & condition of Purchase order.
- Verify the storage of materials is done as per store norms.
- Monitoring the Dispensing process.
- Monitoring the Short expiry and non-moving items and make necessary arrangements to move it at the earliest in coordination with the concerned user.
- Preparing Debit Note for the Short expiry items and recalled items from the user department.
- Maintaining all communication files for store and auditing purpose.
- Maintain communication channel properly with the Purchase Department and ensure the provisional file is updated as per requirement.
- Maintain the Account (Inward and outward) of Narcotics and High alert items.
- Ensure periodical physical stock verifications and its respective documents.
- Monitoring the cleanliness of the premises.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by the HOD.
- Participates and contributes to all the Quality Improvement activities of the services.
- Adheres to the rules and regulations of the SRH and assures that work performed is in keeping with the established standards of the NABH
- Performs any other tasks and duties appropriate to his/her realm of knowledge, skills and experience as required by the management.
Education: Any Graduate
Experience:
- 1-2 years’ experience in stores, preferably in a hospital setting is desirable.
- Computer knowledge is must.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
