JCB Driver / Operator

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible JCB Driver/Operator to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently at construction and project sites. The candidate should have experience handling JCB equipment, following safety procedures, and completing assigned work on time.
Responsibilities:
- Operate JCB machines for excavation, digging, loading, leveling, and material handling.
- Perform daily equipment inspections before operation.
- Follow all site safety rules and operating procedures.
- Carry out basic maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly.
- Coordinate with supervisors and site workers to complete tasks efficiently.
- Ensure proper handling of machinery to avoid damage and accidents.
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the equipment.
- Complete assigned work within project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a JCB Driver/Operator.
- Valid heavy vehicle or equipment operator license (if required).
- Good knowledge of JCB controls, safety regulations, and machine maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Physically fit and willing to work on construction sites.
- Strong attention to safety and operational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in construction, quarry, road work, or excavation projects.
- Knowledge of minor equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Ability to work flexible hours when required.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
