Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead overall operations, business growth, team management, and customer experience at our Sector 8C Chandigarh location.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a background in hospitality, wellness, lifestyle, or luxury service industries, capable of driving revenue, maintaining service excellence, and building a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth functioning.
- Develop and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
Business Growth & Revenue
- Drive sales, profitability, and business expansion strategies.
- Monitor revenue targets, budgets, and expense control.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and promotional activities.
Team Leadership & HR
- Recruit, train, and manage staff across departments.
- Build a positive work culture and ensure high employee engagement.
- Conduct performance reviews and set KPIs for team members.
Customer Experience & Brand Building
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards.
- Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strengthen brand reputation through consistent service delivery.
Marketing & Strategy
- Work closely with marketing teams on promotions and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Plan local marketing initiatives and community engagement.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in Hospitality / Wellness / Luxury Retail / Lifestyle / Service Industry.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong business development and operational management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred
