We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Analyst with strong expertise in financial systems, lending operations, and fintech products.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between product development and client requirements, ensuring that Metlone-Gritstone solutions

align with the operational workflows of banks, NBFCs, fintech companies, and financial institutions.

Analyze and document product requirements, ensuring alignment with banking, lending, and financial workflows.
Work with product managers, developers, and clients to translate business processes into product features.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients and stakeholders, both virtually and on-site.
Research market trends, competitor offerings, and opportunities within the financial services and fintech domain.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product functionality, usability, and efficiency.
Provide guidance on financial processes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
Support product implementation, client onboarding, training, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
