About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven International B2B Sales Executive to expand our global customer base and drive international business growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B international sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to convert global leads into long-term business relationships.
You will be responsible for managing international clients, handling inquiries across multiple channels, negotiating commercial terms, maintaining CRM records, and driving sales through B2B marketplaces.
Key ResponsibilitiesInternational Business Development
- Generate and convert international B2B leads into long-term business opportunities.
- Identify new markets, distributors, wholesalers, importers, and business partners globally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
- Develop strategies to expand business across global markets.
Client Communication & Sales
- Handle international client inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and B2B platforms.
- Respond promptly to customer queries and maintain a high response rate.
- Conduct virtual meetings and product presentations with international buyers.
- Follow up consistently to maximize lead conversion.
Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements with international buyers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Close deals while maintaining healthy profit margins.
- Ensure a smooth sales process from inquiry to order confirmation.
CRM & Sales Management
- Maintain accurate customer data, lead status, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Track the complete sales pipeline and provide regular reports.
- Monitor follow-ups and ensure timely customer engagement.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and order history.
B2B Marketplace Management
- Manage product listings on international B2B marketplaces such as Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Global Sources, and Made-in-China.
- Optimize product listings with accurate specifications, images, and descriptions.
- Handle inquiries received through B2B marketplaces and convert them into sales.
- Monitor marketplace performance and recommend improvements.
Market Research
- Analyze international market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Stay updated on international trade practices and export documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in International B2B Sales or Export Sales.
- Proven experience in handling international clients and closing B2B deals.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
- Experience managing B2B marketplaces such as Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Global Sources, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of international markets, exports, and B2B sales processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized, proactive, and target-oriented.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in export sales or international trade.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping processes, and export documentation.
- Experience working with international distributors and wholesalers.
- Ability to work with multiple international time zones.
