Job Description:
We at SMART Training Resources India Pvt. Ltd. are looking for a proactive and well-organized HR Executive cum Front Desk Administrator to manage recruitment activities while ensuring smooth day-to-day front office and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, students, and interview candidates while also handling end-to-end recruitment, employee documentation, and office administration.
This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, attention to detail, and the capability to efficiently handle both HR and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations including handling phone calls, emails, walk-in inquiries, and visitor management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, students, vendors, and job applicants.
- Coordinate interview schedules, meeting appointments, training sessions, and management calendars.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, and networking channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Draft and publish job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
- Assist new employees with joining formalities and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records, attendance data, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Handle office administration activities including data entry, filing, record maintenance, and documentation management.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and office communications.
- Monitor and maintain visitor registers, employee records, and administrative reports.
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery inventory, and vendor interactions.
- Support management in organizing meetings, events, training programs, and internal activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, institutions, placement cells, and recruitment partners.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining recruitment quality standards.
- Provide administrative and HR support to various departments as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee, candidate, and organizational information.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of both HR recruitment and front office operations.
Skills Required:

- Should be flexible with working hours based on operational requirements.
Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
