Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller cum Receptionist who can manage front desk operations while also handling telecalling activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, converting leads, and ensuring a smooth experience for visitors and students.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for inquiries and lead generation
- Follow up with prospective students/customers to convert leads into admissions/sales
- Greet and assist walk-in visitors in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about courses/services
- Maintain call records, visitor logs, and databases (Excel/CRM)
- Manage appointments, walk-ins, and front desk operations
- Coordinate with faculty and team members for scheduling and support
- Perform basic administrative tasks and ensure smooth centre functioning
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
