We are a fast-growing eCommerce company managing multiple brands across the UAE. We're looking for a creative and tech-savvy Graphic Designer who can combine traditional design skills with the power of AI tools to create high-converting marketing creatives.

Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creatives for social media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Create engaging banners, carousels, product images, brochures, presentations, and promotional graphics.
- Use AI tools to speed up creative production while maintaining premium quality.
- Develop brand-consistent visuals for multiple UAE-based brands.
- Edit images, create mockups, and produce visually appealing marketing assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve campaign performance through creative design.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing and branding projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva Pro.
- Experience with Figma is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience using AI design tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Midjourney
- Adobe Firefly
- Canva AI
- Ideogram
- Kling AI, Runway, or similar AI image/video tools
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media advertising.
- Knowledge of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills
- Motion graphics or basic video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar).
- Experience designing for eCommerce and paid advertising campaigns.
- Understanding of conversion-focused design principles.
