The role involves assisting customers with their service requirements, coordinating with the workshop team, and ensuring a smooth service experience from vehicle reception to delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Receive customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Assist in preparing job cards and service estimates.
- Coordinate with technicians for timely completion of service and repairs.
- Update customers on service progress and expected delivery timelines.
- Support service documentation, invoicing, and warranty-related processes.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate service records and follow company procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or 3-Year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of automobiles and vehicle servicing.
- Proficiency in MS Office will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced service environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
