Job Title: Banquets Executive cum Night Supervisor
Location: Panjim Gymkhana, Panaji, Goa
Job Description
Panjim Gymkhana is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Banquets Executive to coordinate and oversee banquet events, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate banquet bookings and event requirements.
- Communicate with clients to understand event requirements and expectations.
- Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Maintenance and other departments for successful event execution.
- Supervise banquet setup and ensure quality service standards are maintained.
- Oversee club and Riverside Suites operations during the night shift.
- Handle guest requests, complaints and emergencies promptly.
- Conduct routine inspections of club facilities and banquet areas.
- Ensure safety, security, cleanliness and operational standards are maintained.
- Prepare banquet reports, shift handover reports and incident reports.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline and night shift activities.
Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in banquet operations, hotel operations or hospitality supervision.
- Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Immediate joining preferred.
