Key Responsibilities
- Cost Planning & Estimation: Prepare detailed cost plans, rate analysis, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting packages.
- Tendering & Procurement: Assist in tender documentation, evaluate vendor/subcontractor bids, and conduct commercial negotiations.
- Post-Contract Cost Control: Monitor project expenditures, value site work, manage variations, and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Value Engineering: Recommend cost-saving alternatives without reducing system quality or compliance standards.
- Final Accounts: Negotiate and settle final subcontractor and client accounts.
Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
