We are looking for a Content Creator who knows how to earn attention.
Someone who can take a basic idea, a dull brief, a podcast conversation, an event, or an ordinary office moment and turn it into content people actually want to watch, hear, read, or share.

Create content across formats: videos, podcasts, reels, long-form videos, social posts, BTS content, interviews, and campaign content.

Plan, shoot, record, edit, and publish content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, podcasts, and other digital platforms.

Develop hooks, scripts, podcast outlines, captions, questions, and content ideas.

Turn boring, technical, or everyday subjects into clear, engaging, and memorable content.

Work on podcast production: topic planning, guest coordination, recording setup, episode flow, editing inputs, clips, titles, and distribution.

Stay updated with platform trends, creator formats, storytelling styles, and audience behavior.

Work with marketing and design teams to execute content ideas quickly.

Track performance and improve content based on reach, views, watch time, listens, shares, saves, and engagement.

Strong sense of what gets attention online.

Content ideation and storytelling.

Video shooting and basic production.

Podcast planning and production understanding.

Hook writing, scriptwriting, and interview/question framing.

Short-form and long-form content understanding.

Experience managing brand, creator, or podcast content.

Basic knowledge of lighting, framing, sound, and recording setup.

Comfortable directing people on camera or during recordings.

Understanding of social media and podcast analytics.
