For a Dubai-Based Construction & Interiors Company
Location: Thrissur, Kerala
Role: Quantity Surveyor / Estimator
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents for UAE projects
- Materials quantity take off
- Subcontractor & vendor comparisons, contract review
- Liaise with Dubai PM team for Daily site progress reports and subcontractors payments certification.
Requirements:
- B.E/B.Tech Civil OR Diploma in Civil with QS experience
- 3-5+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- UAE/GCC project experience is strongly preferred
- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software
- communication skills.
