Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to manage daily showroom activities, coordinate with the sales team, handle customers, and ensure smooth showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day showroom floor operations.
- Lead and monitor the sales team.
- Allocate leads and follow up on customer enquiries.
- Monitor showroom walk-ins, enquiries, test drives and bookings.
- Support sales executives in converting leads into sales.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure proper display and presentation of vehicles.
- Monitor daily and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Insurance and Service departments.
- Prepare daily sales and performance reports.
- Train, guide and motivate team members.
- Ensure company policies and showroom standards are followed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
- 2+ years of experience in automobile sales/showroom operations preferred.
- Good leadership and customer-handling skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with good team management ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
