Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify and research potential B2B clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, and other lead-gen tools.
- Outbound Outreach: Execute cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to introduce our IT services.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
- Bidding & Proposal Management: Manage and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Clutch.
- CRM Hygiene: Maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM (Odoo/HubSpot) to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule discovery calls and demos for the senior sales team/account managers.
- Market Research: Stay updated on IT industry trends to better tailor pitches to prospective clients.
Technical & Sales Skills
- Tools: Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email Automation (Mailshake/Lemlist), and CRM software.
- Bidding: Proven experience writing winning proposals on Upwork or similar marketplaces.
- Data Verification: Knowledge of tools like NeverBounce or Hunter.io to ensure high deliverability.
- IT Literacy: Ability to discuss software development life cycles (SDLC), ERPs, and cloud services at a high level.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales, specifically within the IT/Software sector.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills (essential for global client outreach).
- Mindset: A "hunter" mentality with a resilience to handle rejection and a focus on hitting monthly targets.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
