The Head – Human Resources (HR Operations) will be responsible for leading the entire HR function across the organization, ensuring efficient manpower planning, recruitment, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, performance management, industrial relations, and HR process automation. The role requires managing a large blue-collar and white-collar workforce deployed across multiple client locations while ensuring legal compliance and operational excellence.
- Lead and oversee end-to-end HR operations across all locations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, transfers, promotions, confirmations, and employee exits.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
