Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing strategies in the healthcare industry. This role is open to both freshers and candidates with relevant experience. The ideal candidate must have an MBA in Marketing and a strong interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences. The role involves both office-based and field marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for healthcare products and services.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for campaign execution.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Support digital marketing initiatives including social media, email campaigns, and website content.
- Organize promotional activities, events, and awareness programs.
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
- Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, doctors, hospitals, and partners.
- Willingness to travel and engage in field marketing activities, including client visits and on-ground promotions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing (Mandatory).
- Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of experience in marketing (preferably healthcare/pharma).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be comfortable with field work and travel as per business requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to healthcare, pharma, or hospital marketing.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Creative thinking and presentation skills.
