We’re Hiring: Lead Data Scientist

Engagement: Full-Time / Part-Time
Part-Time Commitment: 4–5 hours/day

We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Scientist to provide technical leadership for an enterprise AI & Data Science project in the medical sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning & AI solutions
- Translate complex business problems into effective ML and analytical approaches
- Define modelling, experimentation, validation & performance strategies
- Develop predictive, classification, optimisation and other analytical models
- Work with Data Engineering teams on data preparation, feature engineering & ML pipelines
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to align Data Science with enterprise architecture
- Guide Data Scientists and developers on model development and implementation
- Establish standards for model validation, documentation & deployment
- Evaluate model performance, robustness, scalability & production readiness
- Help transition models from experimentation to production
Required Expertise
✅ 10+ years in Data Science, ML, AI or Advanced Analytics
✅ Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Statistical Modelling & Predictive Analytics
✅ Advanced Python & SQL
✅ Strong knowledge of Feature Engineering, Model Evaluation & Model Lifecycle Management
✅ Experience with large-scale and complex datasets
✅ Understanding of modern AI/ML architectures & productionisation
✅ Experience leading teams and providing technical mentorship
✅ Cloud AI/ML and distributed computing experience is a plus
✅ Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders
Work Arrangement
Full-Time: Full-time engagement.
Part-Time: 4–5 hours/day, with working hours aligned to project requirements.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
