We are looking for enthusiastic, well-spoken and customer-focused Receptionists & Sales Executives to join our growing Pilates studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an exceptional first impression, managing front desk operations, handling client enquiries and converting leads into memberships.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors with a warm, professional attitude.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and social media enquiries promptly.
- Schedule, reschedule and manage appointments using the studio booking system.
- Explain studio services, memberships and pricing to prospective clients.
- Conduct studio tours for walk-in clients.
- Follow up with enquiries and trial clients to convert them into memberships.
- Achieve monthly sales and membership targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM/database.
- Process memberships, payments, invoices and receipts.
- Handle daily cash and card transactions.
- Coordinate class schedules with instructors.
- Ensure the reception and waiting area remain clean, organised and welcoming.
- Assist in organising workshops, events and promotional activities.
- Manage inventory of retail products, beverages and studio supplies.
- Support social media by capturing basic photos/videos when required.
- Address client concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Prepare daily reports on enquiries, bookings, memberships and revenue.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in reception, hospitality, customer service or sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and booking software.
- Sales-oriented with confidence in speaking to prospective clients.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts.
