About TPSTECH
TPSTECH is an established Indian IT-products eCommerce business operating since 2013, headquartered in Bengaluru, selling PC components, peripherals, NAS/storage, and enterprise IT products to customers across India. We are expanding our Lucknow operations and hiring an Operations Executive to own daily order operations from our Lucknow office.
About the Role
This is an in-person role at our Lucknow office, Monday to Saturday, day shift. You will run our daily eCommerce order operations end-to-end, work on Shopify, our OMS, and courier portals, with occasional hands-on coordination with vendors and courier pickups when required.
We need someone who already knows the tools and can take ownership from day one, not someone we need to train from scratch on Shopify or OMS basics.
What You Need to Have
These are non-negotiables, please don't apply unless you can genuinely tick these:
- Hands-on working experience with Shopify order management (processing orders, fulfilments, refunds)
- Hands-on experience with at least one OMS (Unicommerce, Easyecom, Vinculum, Browntape, or similar)
- Working knowledge of at least two courier portals: Shiprocket, Amazon Shipping, DTDC, Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, or similar. Generating AWBs, scheduling pickups, tracking, raising tickets
- Strong Excel — VLOOKUP, filters, pivots, basic formulas; ability to build a daily report without supervision
- Good written English for vendor and courier communication
- 1–3 years in eCommerce operations, order management, or logistics coordination at an online business
- Based in Lucknow and able to commute daily to our office
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream (preferred, not mandatory)
- Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced eCommerce environment
What You'll Do
You will own the daily order operations cycle for TPSTECH:
- Process incoming orders on Shopify and our OMS, verify SKU, pricing, customer details, and order accuracy before release
- Coordinate with vendors across India to pick up and dispatch the correct product directly to the customer, on time and in good condition
- Generate AWBs and shipping labels via Shiprocket, Amazon Shipping, DTDC, and other courier partners; ensure dispatches meet defined SLAs
- Track shipments end-to-end, follow up on delays, resolve in-transit issues, and manage RTOs, returns, and damages
- Coordinate with our Bengaluru team over MS Teams and Outlook on order priorities, escalations, and exceptions
- Maintain accurate records in Shopify, Recube, and Zoho; reconcile vendor invoices and shipping documents
- Prepare clean daily and weekly reports in Excel: orders processed, pending dispatches, in-transit, returns, RTO, damages
- Handle occasional hands-on coordination: receiving/dispatching at our Lucknow office, brief vendor or courier visits when escalations require it (this is occasional, not daily)
Key Responsibilities
Order Management & Fulfilment
- Process and manage daily orders received via Shopify and OMS tools
- Coordinate order picking from vendors or warehouse based on order details
- Ensure correct SKU, quantity, and condition before packing or dispatch
- Supervise packing and labeling to prevent transit damage
- Generate shipping labels and AWBs via Shiprocket, Amazon Shipping, DTDC, etc.
Shipping & Tracking
- Arrange timely dispatches for orders
- Track shipments and update order statuses regularly
- Coordinate with courier partners for pickups, delays, and escalations
- Proactively resolve delivery issues, returns, RTOs, and damages
Inventory & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for direct‑to‑customer shipments
- Ensure vendors follow packing and dispatch SOPs
- Maintain records of inward, outward, returns, and damaged inventory
- Verify supplier bills and received items for accuracy
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records in company systems and Excel
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on:
- Order processing
- Pending shipments
- Returns and damages
- Communicate operational updates over MS Teams and Outlook
General Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing/working area
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and SLAs
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners
