We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Enterprise Solution Manager to drive solutioning, customer engagement, and successful delivery of CPaaS and digital communication solutions for enterprise customers. The role serves as a key bridge between Business Development, Product, Development, and Support teams, ensuring seamless translation of customer requirements into scalable and commercially viable solutions. The Enterprise Solution Manager will play a pivotal role in solution design, technical consulting, project execution, process optimization, and customer success, contributing to business growth, product adoption, and long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution Consulting & Pre-Sales Support
o Partner with Business Development Managers and Key Account Managers to understand customer requirements.
o Provide Support RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, business cases, and technical documentation.
o Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) environments and support issue resolution during testing phases.
2. Customer Onboarding & Solution Deployment
o Translate customer business requirements into technical solutions and coordinate feasibility assessments with Product and Development teams.
o Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for enterprise customers, ensuring seamless implementation and deployment.
o Drive cross-functional coordination across Product, Development, Operations, and Support teams for provisioning, configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
o Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding and stabilization phases, managing documentation, issue resolution, and service escalations to ensure a smooth customer experience.
3. Project Management (New & Migration):
o Lead customer implementation, deployment, and projects from requirement gathering to go-live.
o Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and delivery.
o Track project milestones, timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure successful outcomes.
o Provide regular project updates and drive resolution of issues and escalations
4. Revenue Growth & Business Enablement
o Drive revenue growth through customer acquisition, retention, and account expansion initiatives.
o Identify opportunities to enhance customer value through solution adoption and portfolio expansion.
o Partner with Product, Development, and Sales teams to deliver customer-centric solutions that enhance adoption, retention, and business value.
5. High-Value Customer Engagement:
o Manage onboarding and engagement of strategic enterprise customers, ensuring seamless implementation, technical alignment, and service continuity.
