Job Title: Mother Teacher
Location: Delhi Public School Lava Nagpur
Job Summary:
The Mother Teacher is responsible for nurturing and facilitating the holistic development of students in the primary grades. The role involves creating a positive, engaging, and child-friendly learning environment while teaching multiple subjects, ensuring the academic, emotional, social, and behavioral growth of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons across subjects as per the curriculum.
- Foster a safe, caring, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess students' academic progress and overall development.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student performance and well-being.
- Organize classroom activities, events, and projects to enhance learning experiences.
- Develop students' values, discipline, confidence, and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain student records, lesson plans, and assessment documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities and professional development programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning tools.
Reporting To: Primary Wing Coordinator / Principal.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
