Role description
4–7 yrs hands-on with AWS services & CaaS platforms (Amazon Connect, Genesys, RingCentral).- 2+ yrs: contact flow development, Lex BOT, Chat/Voice BOTs, routing, and reporting.
- CI/CD pipeline experience on AWS or Azure; strong monitoring & deployment automation skills.
- Familiarity with Voice, IVR, Chat, SMS/WhatsApp, conversational AI, and sentiment analysis.
- Ability to provide L3 application support and openness to learn new domains and technologies.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
