Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow our business in Pune. The role involves generating new business, maintaining relationships with dentists and healthcare institutions, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Promote and sell Chesa Dental Care's complete range of dental equipment and solutions.
- Visit dental clinics, hospitals, dental colleges, and distributors across Pune and nearby territories.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists, key opinion leaders, and channel partners.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales.
- Coordinate with the service and logistics teams for installation and after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain daily visit reports, sales pipeline, and CRM updates.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Participate in dental exhibitions, conferences, CMEs, and promotional events.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Science, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in field sales.
- Experience in Medical Devices, Dental Equipment, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Diagnostic, or Capital Equipment Sales will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales may also be considered.

- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Pune and nearby regions.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
