Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Bidder (Business Development Executive) to join our growing team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or similar marketplaces, along with excellent proposal writing, client communication, and lead generation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects through freelancing platforms.
- Prepare customized proposals and cover letters based on client requirements.
- Communicate with prospective clients to understand project needs.
- Generate quality leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the technical team for project estimation and solution planning.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in bidding and business development.
- Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or similar platforms.
- Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of lead generation and client acquisition strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.
