The Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience to all visitors at the project site or sales office. The role involves welcoming prospective customers, coordinating site visits, supporting the sales team, maintaining customer records, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers and visitors professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate Sales Executive.
- Coordinate and schedule property/site visits.
- Maintain visitor registers, enquiry forms, and customer databases.
- Ensure accurate data entry into CRM systems.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries.
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments, documentation, and feedback.
- Coordinate with sales, CRM, and marketing teams for customer support.
- Maintain the reception area and sales lounge in a clean and presentable condition.
- Provide basic information about ongoing projects, amenities, pricing, and offers.
- Assist during project launches, events, and customer engagement activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on walk-ins and enquiries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, front office, or real estate.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation.
- Professional grooming and presentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in a real estate developer's sales office or channel partner organization.
- Hospitality or front-office experience is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
