Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to new enquiries promptly via phone, WhatsApp, or email to understand their requirements and introduce our programs.
- Respond to incoming enquiries from parents and prospective students.
- Schedule and coordinate demo sessions with parents and instructors.
- Follow up with prospective parents after demo sessions and assist them through the enrollment process.
- Coordinate with instructors to manage class schedules and availability.
- Ensure timely communication between parents, students, and instructors.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, demos, enrollments, and schedules.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and provide operational support as needed.
- Assist with other program coordination and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking with parents and students.
- Highly organized with good time management skills.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and WhatsApp.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Preferred
- Prior experience in customer support, education, admissions, or operations is a plus.
- Hindi and English
- Familiarity with CRM tools or scheduling software is an advantage.
