We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **HR & Administration Manager** to lead our end-to-end Human Resources functions, statutory labor compliance framework, and office administration—including corporate travel desk operations. The ideal candidate will bridge strategic people management with strict regulatory adherence under Indian labor laws, while ensuring seamless travel logistics and facility management for the organization.
### **Key Responsibilities**
#### **1. Indian Labor Law & Statutory Compliance Management**
* **Statutory Deductions & Filings:** Ensure 100% timely deduction, payment, and return filing for Provident Fund (EPF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF).
* **Statutory Compliance Acts:** Maintain full compliance with key Indian employment acts, including:
* Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 & Payment of Bonus Act, 1965
* Maternity Benefit (Amendment) Act, 2017
* Minimum Wages Act, 1948 & Equal Remuneration Act, 1976
* Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1946
* Factories Act, 1948 / State Shops & Commercial Establishments Act

* **Domestic & International Bookings:** Manage end-to-end travel logistics, including flights, trains, cabs, and accommodation for domestic and international business trips.
* **Corporate Vendor & Hotel Tie-ups:** Negotiate competitive corporate rates with corporate travel agencies, airline portals, cab aggregators, and hotel chains.
* **Travel Policy Enforcement:** Implement and enforce corporate travel policy guidelines, expense caps, and approval matrixes.
* **Visa & Documentation Support:** Oversee visa applications, passport renewals, travel insurance, and foreign exchange (Forex) assistance for employees traveling abroad.

#### **3. Core HR Operations & Talent Management**
* **Recruitment & Selection:** Oversee talent acquisition across departments, handle job descriptions, candidate screening, interviews, offer letters, and background verification (BGV) processes.
* **Onboarding & Offboarding:** Lead orientation programs, asset issuance, documentation, exit interviews, full & final (F&F) settlements, and clearance clearances.
* **Payroll Coordination:** Prepare and verify monthly loss of pay (LOP) data, attendance records, leaves, variable pay, and coordinate with finance/payroll providers.
* **Performance Management:** Manage annual appraisal cycles, KPI/KRA tracking, probation evaluations, and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
* **Employee Relations & Culture:** Handle employee grievances, disciplinary proceedings, domestic inquiries, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
#### **4. General Administration & Facility Operations**
