We are looking for an energetic, trustworthy, and self-motivated Field Marketing & Daily Collection Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing in new clients, marketing our investment products, and handling daily collection operations directly from the field.
Customer Acquisition: Meet potential clients, explain our investment plans/services, and convert them into active customers.
Daily Collection: Visit assigned clients on a daily basis to safely collect regular deposits/installments and maintain clear daily logs.
Field Marketing: Promote our business and financial/investment services in the local market to build a strong network.
Relationship Management: Maintain professional and trust-based relationships with existing clients to ensure regular collections.
Reporting: Keep accurate records of all daily collections and report back to the management at the end of every working day.
- Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are highly encouraged to apply).
- Vehicle & License: Must own a personal two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License.
_Skills: Basic mathematical calculation skills, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility._
Location: Must have a good understanding of local routes and residential/commercial areas.
Fixed Monthly Salary.
High Incentive Structure (Earn extra on every new customer acquisition and regular collection milestone).
Travel / Fuel Allowance covered by the company.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
