Job Title: Store Manager – E-commerce Operations
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Store Manager with hands-on experience in e-commerce operations and Shopify store management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end order processing, inventory management, dispatch coordination, delivery tracking, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's Shopify store and online marketplace operations.
- Process and monitor customer orders from placement to successful delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for timely dispatches.
- Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure order fulfillment SLAs are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Update product listings, pricing, offers, and inventory on Shopify.
- Handle customer queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, and exchanges.
- Generate operational reports related to sales, dispatches, returns, and inventory.
- Ensure accuracy in order processing and documentation.
- Work closely with marketing and customer support teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, order management, or store management.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify is mandatory.
- Familiarity with courier aggregators, logistics platforms, and inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing D2C brands or online retail operations.
- Knowledge of marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
