Payment Collection Executive

Role Overview:
We are seeking an organized and assertive Payment Collection Executive to manage our accounts receivable and ensure timely payment recoveries from our B2B clients. The ideal candidate will actively track outstanding invoices, communicate with customers politely but firmly to facilitate payments, resolve billing queries, and maintain accurate financial records to ensure smooth cash flow for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor client accounts daily to identify outstanding debts and overdue invoices.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp regarding pending payments.
- Address and resolve any billing discrepancies or customer queries that may be delaying payment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily records of all collection activities, payment statuses, and client communications.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth payment cycles and meet monthly collection targets.
Requirements:
- Education: 12th Grade (HSC) pass or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English, polite but firm negotiation skills, active listening, and proficiency in MS Excel for record-keeping.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
