We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller / Business Development Executive. The primary responsibility will be contacting other agencies, vendors, and B2B partners to establish tie-ups, collaborate on projects, and secure new business opportunities for our Wedding Events and Tour & Travels verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Outbound Calling: Connect with other wedding planning agencies, event management companies, travel agents, and tour operators to explore partnership opportunities.
- Lead Generation & Business Acquisition: Pitch our services to potential corporate clients and agencies to acquire new projects and travel bookings.
- Vendor & Partner Tie-ups: Negotiate and close deals with hotels, transport providers, and event vendors to build a strong network.
- Client Relationship Management: Follow up regularly with existing partners and clients to maintain strong professional relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all daily calls, follow-ups, and partnership statuses in Excel or Google Sheets.
