About GridRay (and Gridverse)
Gridverse is building foundational infrastructure for the global multi-channel commerce ecosystem. It's the parent company behind a portfolio of products that collectively address how products are distributed, discovered, and sold across channels — Amazon, Flipkart, D2C, offline, social commerce, and more — at a global scale.
GridRay is one core product in this infrastructure layer. We're a B2B2C distribution network platform that connects brands with resellers, manages authorization (who sells what, where, at what price), and handles fulfillment and payments.
Unlike a marketplace (where sellers compete), GridRay is network building — brands authorize individual resellers, set dealer pricing, and control which channels they sell on. Resellers get zero-inventory access to authorized products.
We're scaling with real brands and real resellers, and building for global expansion.
This isn't a side project — it's foundational infrastructure for how commerce works globally.
The Role
You'll help GridRay shape how operational decisions are made at scale — by building and testing Claude-powered workflows that handle routine decisions, so our team can focus on judgment calls and strategy.
You're not managing a team; you're managing workflows and processes. You'll learn how to integrate AI into ops, design decision logic, and watch it work in production.
What You'll Do
1. Design Claude prompts that evaluate reseller applications, categorize support inquiries, and propose return/refund decisions
→ You write the logic; Claude executes it at scale
2. Own ops metrics
→ Reseller approval SLA, same-day dispatch rate, brand satisfaction, return trends
3. Make judgment calls
→ When to approve/reject resellers, when to escalate, when a brand's policy is unclear
4. Build repeatable processes
→ SOPs for reseller onboarding, brand authorization, order disputes, return management
5. Work cross-functionally
→ With Brands (on authorization), Finance (on wallet settlements), Tech (on integrations), Support (on escalations)
What We're Looking For
You have 1–3 years of ops experience, ideally in:
- Fulfillment / Order processing
- Customer support / Ticket management
- Marketplace seller operations
- Logistics / Supply chain
- SaaS operations (if you've handled workflows)
- OR — Any operations role where you managed processes and data
AND you've experimented with Claude or LLMs in the last 6–12 months:
- You've written prompts to solve real work problems
- You understand what Claude is good for (summarizing, categorizing, drafting) and what it's not (interpreting new legal frameworks, making high-stakes decisions alone)
- You're self-taught in this space — not waiting for a course
AND you have good judgment:
- You've made decisions with incomplete information and learned from outcomes
- You know when to escalate vs. when to decide
- You ask "why" before implementing anything
Honest note: You don't need to be an AI expert. You need to be curious, willing to learn, and ready to help build something new.
What We Value
Learning Agility
You teach yourself new domains, tools, frameworks. We'll throw unfamiliar problems at you (GST edge cases, logistics exceptions, reseller disputes); you figure it out.
Ownership
You own outcomes, not tasks. If a reseller is unhappy, you care and fix it. If a workflow breaks, you debug it.
Clarity
You communicate complex ops decisions to people who aren't ops experts — brands, resellers, executives.
Healthy Skepticism About AI
You're excited about Claude but also cautious. You know when to trust it and when not to.
Day-to-Day Realities
- Zoho ecosystem: CRM, Desk, Books (reseller/brand management, support tickets, financials)
- Claude: Via web + API for workflow automation
- JIRA: Ops ticket tracking and prioritization
- MS365: Excel, Teams for workflows and communication
- GitHub: Prompt templates, SOPs, runbooks
You'll:
- Review reseller applications and make approval recommendations
- Analyze support tickets and categorize them for routing
- Propose return/refund decisions based on brand policy
- Monitor and improve ops SLA metrics
- Collaborate with brands on authorization workflows
- Escalate edge cases to appropriate teams
Who We Are
Gridverse is building foundational infrastructure for the global commerce ecosystem. We're a product company (not a consulting shop or agency) focused on solving systemic problems in how products are distributed and sold across multiple channels worldwide.

- Ambiguity is normal (you learn to navigate it quickly)
- You own your domain (ops) and impact the broader global ecosystem
- You use AI as a tool, not a buzzword
