Vartika Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals is a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing company. We are looking for a reliable, honest, and hardworking Pantry Boy to join our team and maintain our day-to-day office beverage and pantry operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other beverages to staff, management, and official visitors throughout the day.
- Distribute beverages and snacks across office departments and production units in a timely manner.
- Maintain strict cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the pantry, kitchen, and dining areas.
- Monitor kitchen and pantry stock (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, snacks) and inform management when supplies need restocking.
- Handle all pantry equipment and supplies responsibly, ensuring zero wastage or misuse for personal gain.
- Assist with basic office errands or light kitchen prep during peak hours as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of prior experience as a Pantry Boy, Office Peon, or Tea Boy (Pharma or manufacturing plant experience preferred).
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation (tea, coffee) and standard hygiene practices.
- High level of honesty, integrity, and strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills and a polite, courteous demeanor.
- Ability to stay active and manage tray service across factory and office floors.
