Role: Sales Intern (Inside& Direct)

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Intern to join our Sales team. This role provides hands-on exposure to both Inside Sales (remote client engagement, lead generation) and Direct Sales (field/client-facing activities, deal closures). It is an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills in client acquisition, relationship management, and sales strategy within a high-growth, product-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present Qurinom Solutions products and services to potential clients effectively through both remote and in-person channels.
- Identify and engage prospective customers through cold calling, email outreach, and direct client interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales goals and performance targets.
- Gather client feedback and contribute to improving service offerings and product positioning.
- Draft and review sales contracts in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure clients are well-informed about sales proposals and product benefits.
- Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to management.
- Assess market potential, identify business opportunities, and support sales strategy.
- Resolve client queries and complaints proactively to ensure satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term growth.
- Prepare and present monthly sales reports and insights to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Recent Graduates who have completed BBA,MBA and B.Tech are eligible.
- Strong networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics for sales performance evaluation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of initiative, persistence, and problem-solving skills.
