Telecaller – Salon & Spa

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller for our Salon & Spa business.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Follow up on enquiries and leads.
- Explain salon and spa services, packages, and offers.
- Convert leads into appointments.
- Maintain client follow-ups and call records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/conversion targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Good spoken English is preferred.
- Confident and polite while speaking with clients.
- Sales and convincing skills.
- Previous telecalling, salon, spa, or customer service experience preferred.
