Job Summary
FirstINN Hotels is hiring responsible and hardworking Room Boys to ensure guest rooms are clean, well-maintained, and ready for occupancy. The ideal candidate should be courteous, attentive to detail, and committed to providing excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish toiletries and room amenities.
Ensure rooms are clean, sanitized, and ready before guest check-in.
Assist guests with reasonable housekeeping requests.
Report maintenance issues, lost-and-found items, or damaged property to the supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness in corridors, service areas, and other assigned spaces.
Handle housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies safely.
Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements
Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent.
Previous experience in a hotel is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
