Sales Manager – Luxury Real Estate
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales function for luxury real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of experience in the real estate industry and a proven track record of leading luxury residential sales teams, driving successful project launches and inventory absorption, achieving ambitious sales targets, and managing broker, channel partner, and direct sales networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project sales targets and revenue goals.
- Drive lead conversion through effective sales planning, customer engagement, and relationship management.
- Monitor sales performance, sales pipeline, and project inventory movement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct sales presentations, site visits, negotiations, and customer meetings.
- Ensure timely closure of sales transactions and completion of all required documentation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Candidate Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in luxury residential projects.
- Strong understanding of the real estate sales cycle, customer acquisition, and channel partner management.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Strong professional references from previous employers within the real estate industry are preferred.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
