We're Hiring: Seed Store & Inventory Incharge
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

Salary: 24k-28k per month depending upon experience
Doctor Seeds Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Seed Store & Inventory Incharge to manage seed inventory and ensure complete traceability, accountability, record accuracy, and proper upkeep of seed storage facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of seed stock received, stored, issued, and dispatched.
- Ensure all seed movements are properly documented and authorized.
- Act as the custodian of seed stores and maintain controlled access to inventory.
- Perform regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Manage inventory of packing materials, labels, tags, bags, cartons, and other related materials.
- Maintain lot-wise traceability and inventory reports.
- Ensure seed stores and inventory areas are properly organized, maintained, and cleaned on a regular basis.
- Monitor storage conditions and promptly report any issues related to stock quality, pest infestation, moisture, or storage hygiene.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, Processing, Packing, and Sales teams for inventory planning and stock availability.
- Ensure timely updating of registers, Excel records, and inventory reports.
Desired Qualifications
- B.Sc. Agriculture / B.Sc. Biotechnology / B.Com / BBA or equivalent qualification
- Experience- 3 years Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data management
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
- High level of integrity, ownership, and accountability
