1. Responsible for recruitment of all level across the Organization.
2. Responsible for general administration.
3. Preparation and reconciliation of data for the Man power planning & budget based on the organization business plan.
4. Responsible for conducting fisrt level orientation of new joinee, documentation and sharing goal sheet if any as per the level
5. Implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
6. Assist in conducting performance review against set goal and facilitate HODs of the Company.
7. Conduct Employee satisfaction survey as per the prescribed format and present the data to management for action.
8. Prepare and follow budgets for personnel and admin operations.
9. Ensure 100% statutory being observed.
10. Shall be responsible for facility administration, housekeeping activities of the organization. It involves maintaining cleanliness and Hygiene at workplace, availability of basic resources from stationary, machinery, furniture, fixtures etc
11. Shall be responsible for general repairs and maintenance required at workplace, guest house.
Shall also be responsible for Asset Management- related data, permissions, status, security, transport etc.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
