JOB PURPOSE
To drive accurate, timely, and insightful sales performance reporting by managing end-to-end pipeline and closure analytics, enabling data-driven decision making across Sales leadership, Business Units, and Finance. The role ensures robust Pipeline reporting, KPI tracking, and reporting governance while maintaining data integrity across systems, supporting strategic planning, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of global sales outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, manage, and publish the weekly Sales Pipeline & Closure report, providing a comprehensive global view of sales performance, pipeline status, and closed-won/closed-lost deals
- Develop and maintain weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly reports to effectively track sales and business development performance
- Prepare region-specific reports for Sales leadership and separate reports for Business Unit (BU) Heads
- Build and maintain the Sales & Marketing KPI Tree to monitor regional performance metrics and support data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to forecast monthly new sales (Pledge) and manage Pledge MIS, including timely updates in Clari
- Support the CFO function by preparing presentation decks for Global and Legacy pipeline comparisons against prior-year performance
- Consolidate BD Notes on a bi-monthly basis to drive reporting insights
- Provide reporting support to cross-functional teams, including base files for the Global Sales Call deck
- Track and analyze BD Notes statistics to help Regional Sales Managers identify trends and insights
- Manage and respond to pipeline and opportunity-related requests within Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Update and monitor sales targets and overall performance tracking
- Address sales-related ad-hoc data and reporting requests in a timely manner
KEY COMPETENCIES
- MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Advanced Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Solid understanding of sales pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and performance monitoring
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with experience engaging with senior leadership
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Delivery
